We believe that our products are manufactured with the finest raw materials, state-of-the-machines, quality-checked, packed, and vacuum-sealed by our production team. However, we still believe in imperfections. That is why we offer a Limited Warranty on each of our FINE MATTRESS products.

Our warranty will cover the inner structure of the mattresses only. If there are any coil pop-outs or torn/bloated foam problems, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

For verifications, you must present your proof of purchase, including your official receipt and/or warranty card.
